When life stops making sense, therapy can help. A space to face pain, find direction, and turn wounds into wisdom.
Therapy isn’t just about fixing symptoms, it’s about helping you face the deeper questions that come when life stops making sense. I work with individuals and couples navigating transitions, grief, identity, burnout, and meaninglessness. Many of my clients feel stuck between who they were and who they’re becoming. My approach blends practical tools like DBT and CBT with a deeper focus on story, purpose, and the patterns that shape your life. I draw from Jungian and existential thought, Christian and mythic traditions, and the belief that we grow by facing, not avoiding, our pain. Whether you’re carrying heartache, wrestling with change, or feeling numb to life, therapy can be a space to explore what still wants to live in you. I’ll meet you there with honesty, curiosity, and a steady hand.
