As a trauma-informed therapist, I specialize in working with college students who are facing anxiety, depression, identity exploration, and the effects of past trauma. I take a compassionate, client-centered approach, tailoring therapy to your unique needs. My practice integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and strengths-based techniques, with a strong emphasis on Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to help process unresolved trauma and foster deep healing.
