My practice integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and strengths-based techniques, with a strong emphasis on Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to help process unresolved trauma and foster deep healing.
