I work with adults navigating life’s challenges and disruptions, which can often harm your relationships, your career, and even your sense of self.

Ready for life to feel differently? Tired of feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, stuck, frustrated, hopeless, lost, or neglected? If you’re navigating life’s hardships (past, present, or future), feel trapped in unhelpful patterns, or feel disconnected from your true self, I believe therapy can help create meaningful change and understanding, and that we can figure out much more together than we ever could alone. My job is to build a safe and supportive space to explore your challenges, to provide useful and empowering tools/approaches/resources, and to respectfully and collaboratively support you on your journey ahead. Drawing on my diverse training, we’ll begin by exploring your life experiences, beliefs, perspectives, and intrinsic strengths. From there, we’ll define your challenges, needs, and goals to draft a plan for creating change in your life. Although therapy is a process, I aim to empower my clients to cope with life’s hardships long after our work together ends. If you’re ready for change, growth, and healing, I’d be honored to partner with you in helping create the life you want and deserve. Reach out for a free 15-minute phone consultation.
