Sometimes the answers we seek are within us but hidden. You set the pace and focus. I support you in clarifying your needs and how best to achieve them.

I work with adults interested in personal growth. I am skilled at bringing your hidden inner answers to light in a kind and compassionate way. My approach to therapy is centered on you as a person. You set the pace and focus, while I support you in clarifying your needs and how best to achieve them. I provide reflections, structure, and guidance through your process of self-discovery. I operate primarily from a psychodynamic orientation drawing from cognitive-behavioral (CBT) and other psychological theories including an attention to trauma. Specifically, my post-licensure training includes parts work (Internal Family Systems), Trauma-Focused CBT, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing. Most recently my developing interest has become a focus on attachment.
