Hello! My name is Katie (she/they) and I am a therapist who commits to work through an anti racist and social justice lens. I foster a non judgmental, inclusive, and comedic environment to build a working relationship that allows you the comfort to reach your goals in the most supportive way possible. I really look forward to working together! I specialize in working with folks struggling with their relationship with food and their body. Particularly those who are in higher weights, experience gender dysphoria/trans/non binary, and BIPOC folks. The eating disorder field is not just for thin, white cis women, eating disorders effect everyone and more representation is needed in the healing process. I also specialize in communication and boundaries, understanding your emotions, and navigating relationships of all kinds: friendships, family, monogamous, and non monogamous.
