In my decades in healthcare, I was privileged to be able to support patients and families navigating cancer, serious illness, and end-of-life concerns. Not only did we manage real time medical issues, but together we explored how to cope with the emotional impact of these challenges. Living a rich and meaningful life - in the midst of profound change and uncertainty - can be difficult on your own. I’m now offering to support people through any of life’s inevitible challenges and transitions—not just medical ones. Whether you are facing grief, a career shift, a relationship change, feeling stuck or uncertain about a particular decision or unsure of what to do next - I offer a thoughtful, sturdy presence to help find the path within you. I am now certified as a life coach through the Martha Beck Wayfinder Life Coaching program. As your coach, we'll focus on the here and now, explore your most authentic self and discover how to move into fulfillment and alignment.
