As a former ASU student, I know how overwhelming your academic journey can feel when you are also experiencing mental health concerns.

Hi there! I specialize in working with individuals who have trauma histories, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other general life stressors. As a therapist, I see myself primarily as a supporter. I want to take the time to really hear more about what's going on and support you in learning how to improve your mental health, so that you can feel more free and confident in building a life that is unique to you. I also know how challenging it can sometimes be to figure out who your next therapist ought to be. This is why I offer free 15 minute consultation calls. Please don't hesitate to contact me to set up a call, so that I can answer any initial questions you may have! I look forward to speaking with you.
