Counselor
As a former ASU student, I know how overwhelming your academic journey can feel at times when you are also tending to your mental health and past traumas.
Hi there! Congratulations on taking this step toward investing in your mental health, an integral part of both your personal and professional success. I've worked with University students since I was in Undergrad myself (as a resident assistant, teaching assistant, mentor, and an intern level clinician at ASU Counseling Services) and it has granted me the privilege to witness the unique mental health challenges that you may be facing as a student, and the ways in which those impact your academic life. My passion lies in trauma work and helping you process through past experiences that may be impacting your present reality and approach to new and/or stressful situations. My goal is to provide a safe space that helps you grow and feel empowered in navigating your life decisions and what's to come, while also providing you with tools and techniques to better manage the demands of daily life.
