Lisa Rosenberg Therapy provides telehealth services to residents in NJ, PA, and FL to teens (ages 14-19) and adults who want to build healthy relationships with themselves and others. From our first phone consult to the last session together, my goal is to develop a collaborative, trusting relationship to help you improve your mood while learning how to navigate the challenges of every day life. I emphasize a solution-focused, skill-building approach and focus on helping you to address the "here and now" problems that you want to solve. Specialties include (but are not limited to) Anxiety, Depression, School Issues, Food Allergy Anxiety, Avoidant-Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID), Parenting, Peer Relationships, and Stress.
