Lisa Graff
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
Welcome to a safe space where your journey towards self-discovery and healing begins, guided by empathetic support and professional expertise.
Are you experiencing persistent feelings of unhappiness, anger, fear, or a sense of being stuck? No matter what you do, you feel like you are never good enough. I specialize in working with individuals that identify as neurodivergent, those struggling with body image, and those experiencing life transitions. I believe that everyone has the ability within themselves to heal and find empowerment in their own lives. I provide a warm, compassionate space (with some humor sprinkled in), in which you can connect with your authentic self. Through a trauma-informed approach, combined with EMDR, and acceptance and mindfulness-based therapies, we will explore and practice new ways for you to use your strengths to cope with difficult thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Finding the right therapist for you can be a challenging process and I want to help you along the way. I invite you to contact me via email or phone for a free consultation so you can see if we are a good fit. I look forward to connecting with you
