I love supporting folks in exploring a better feeling relationship with self, others, and the world. Please reach out for a free 25 minute consultation.

My specialties include group and individual therapy specific to religious trauma, spiritual abuse, and faith transitions/ deconstruction, supporting those exploring gender identity and affirming care, and those seeking to explore a better feeling relationship with themselves, others, and the world. I work from trauma-informed, abolitionist, anti-capitalistic, harm reduction, and sex-positive lenses and work to address the impact of the systems we navigate in and how they impact mental health, opportunities, and access. I'm a certified sexual assault advocate, and certified practitioner in AIR Network for complex PTSD and dissociation. I have done specialized trainings on religious trauma, and in evaluation and letter writing in support of those pursuing gender affirming surgical procedures. Currently a Somatic Experiencing student through SE professional training program. You are the expert of your own experience and deserve a therapeutic relationship that is safe and judgement-free in which to pursue your goals, discover your strengths, and work through the tough stuff, while feeling supported and empowered. My approach is tailored to each individual’s wants, needs, and comfort.
