My specialties include group and individual therapy specific to religious trauma, spiritual abuse, and faith transitions/ deconstruction, supporting those exploring gender identity and affirming care, and those seeking to explore a better feeling relationship with themselves, others, and the world. I work from trauma-informed, abolitionist, anti-capitalistic, harm reduction, and sex-positive lenses and work to address the impact of the systems we navigate in and how they impact mental health, opportunities, and access. I'm a certified sexual assault advocate, and certified practitioner in AIR Network for complex PTSD and dissociation. I have done specialized trainings on religious trauma, and in evaluation and letter writing in support of those pursuing gender affirming surgical procedures. Currently a Somatic Experiencing student through SE professional training program. You are the expert of your own experience and deserve a therapeutic relationship that is safe and judgement-free in which to pursue your goals, discover your strengths, and work through the tough stuff, while feeling supported and empowered.
