I am here to help. I am accepting new clients ages 13 and older and can treat a wide range of mental health conditions including (but not limited to) depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, perinatal, and post-partum related mental health disorders. Together, my patient and I will come up with a treatment plan that best meets his/her individual needs and gets him/her back to the life he/she once enjoyed. The care I provide is evidence-based, integrative, and patient-centered. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and I am licensed in the state of Minnesota. I am anti-racist, gender-affirming, and LGBTQIA-positive. I carry a small caseload of patients to whom I offer individualized care. I take the time to get to know my patients and understand their unique needs. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, yoga, cross country skiing, and visiting the north shore of Minnesota.
