I'm passionate about supporting clients through overwhelming emotions, thoughts, relationships, and life transitions. Let's work through it together.

Whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, or any other stressors life can face us with, I'm here to support you through processing it. I enjoy working with a diverse population and am affirming of various identities and cultures. My office is in Scottsdale for in-person sessions, and I offer sessions remotely as well. My approach primarily uses cognitive-behavioral therapy with elements of existential therapy and narrative therapy.
