If you have mental health concerns impacting your quality of life, I can provide a warm and safe space for you and I to work through them together.

I look forward to helping you by providing compassion, empathy and understanding in an in-person or remote setting. I invite you to prioritize your mental health. I have worked in a school counseling system and a clinical mental health agency prior to joining the current practice I work in. I enjoy working with a variety of clients concerning anxiety, autism spectrum disorder, eating disorders, ADHD, personality disorders, depression, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and trauma. I utilize person-centered, CBT, DBT, and strength-based approaches to allow my clients to feel empowered as they navigate developing healthy coping patterns and a better view of themselves. I tailor the care I provide to fit your uniqueness, as every client comes from a different perspective and background and should be treated as such. I will help you see the potential of a life where your mental health struggles are not overpowering, but empowering. Imagine waking up and not having your worries be the first thing on your mind. Allow me to provide you space to discover more about yourself, develop coping skills, and find ways to foster areas of your life that bring you the most joy again.
