Helping you rebuild hope in every area of your life- Hope Rebuilt, LLC
My goal is to create a therapeutic space defined by a spirit of curiosity, empathy, and inclusivity. I help clients grow their understanding of themselves and leave with tools and skills they can carry with them through life. I aim to collaborate with you in aligning my approach to fit your goals, preferences, and feedback. I hold a deep sense of respect and appreciation for clients’ bravery and vulnerability in the counseling process. I have experience working with clients on topics including life transitions, stress, trauma, and depression. I hold a particular passion for assisting clients in lessening OCD’s grip using the gold-standard approach Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I believe that OCD is often misunderstood, so I strive to help clients learn about it as a part of therapy. I am also currently in the process of completing Basic Training requirements for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, which can be utilized to treat trauma and a myriad of other concerns.
