(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
Supporting adults healing from trauma, relationship issues, and addiction through whole-person care and evidence-based therapy.
I became a therapist because I wanted to be a safe and steady presence for people working through pain—especially those impacted by trauma, difficult relationships, and cycles of abuse. I have years of experience working with women and adolescents, particularly those navigating domestic violence, addiction, and family-of-origin issues. I’ve supported clients facing struggles with substance use, food, pornography, and sex, and I specialize in helping people explore codependency, emotional regulation, and identity. My approach is collaborative and compassionate. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, somatic therapy, motivational interviewing, inner-child work, and boundary-setting. I help clients explore their patterns, reconnect with themselves, and build the tools they need to feel safe, stable, and empowered. I offer whole-person care, honoring each client’s unique story and journey. In our sessions, I work to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and safe to show up fully. Whether you're seeking healing from trauma or struggling with anxiety or depression, I’m here to support you as you take steps toward a fuller and more connected life.
