I would like to work together with you to find the tools to help break down your obstacles you are facing.

Life can be beautiful and then sometimes life can feel messy, out of control, and even overwhelming. Sometimes we may not know where to turn or feel we don’t have the right tools to face the challenges that are causing obstacles for us. I would like to work together with you to find the tools to help break down your obstacles you are facing. We can work together to explore your strengths so we can identify some of the patterns that may be causing your road block. Together we can create hope, understanding, and growth as you work towards a better future for you. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience working with and helping teens, young adults and adults overcome their difficulties with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, traumatic experiences, ADHD, and substance abuse. I have a trauma focused background along with using evidenced based techniques such as EMDR, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I believe that by working together we can create a comfortable and judgment free environment where you can feel encouraged to discuss the hardships, the past, and future you would like to work toward for yourself.
