(They/Them/Theirs)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
No matter where you’re starting from, it’s never too early or too late to heal, change, and grow.
Life can be so unbelievably hard. We may be left thinking, “I’ve tried everything and nothing seems to change,” or, “Is something wrong with me for feeling this way?” We may feel unable to connect with our most important people about what is really going on. We may feel unable to connect with ourselves. I get it—I’ve been there, too. I also know that with the right support, you don’t have to get stuck, go through this alone, or feel this way forever. No matter where you’re starting from, it is never too early or too late to heal, change, and grow. I specialize in Millennial & Gen Z adulting, healing from hurtful or traumatic relationships (current/past), and issues of dating/romance, career growth, and life balance. I also provide therapy for 2SLGBTQIA+ and gender expansive clients from an affirming and anti-oppressive lens, supporting your goals for growth, gender expression, and relationships. By working together, you and I will be able to gain perspective on what brings you to this moment in your life, unburden past wounds, and discover the path forward that works best for you. Finding the right therapist is important. Please feel welcome to contact me for a free consultation to discuss your interest in therapy and any questions you may have.
