I work from a trauma-informed, mindfulness-based therapy lens, specializing in anxiety, depression, relationships and LGBTQIA+ issues.

On the surface, everything appears fine, but there is something going on in the background. Work, relationships and other responsibilities are piling up and you’re feeling overwhelmed, maybe even a bit alone. When we feel safe and connected, crisis and suffering can be opportunities to awaken potential. Therapy is a collaborative process which allows us to look at areas in your life that cause distress, explore patterns, and identify ways to adjust your thoughts and behaviors to create positive change. I work individual clients and couples/partners (poly & kink affirming). I take a person-centered, evidence-based and trauma-informed approach. As a queer-identified therapist, I enjoy working with LGBTQ+ clients and allies. I help people with issues related to identity, life transitions, depression, anxiety, mood instability, chronic relational problems, existential crises, and the impacts of discrimination. Choosing a new therapist can feel daunting. I get it. I offer a free 20-minute consultation for prospective clients so we can see if this might be a fit for working together.
