I’m dedicated to creating a nurturing environment for my clients, where they can feel respected, validated, and empowered to be their authentic selves.

My passion lies in building meaningful connections with clients, helping them through life’s challenges with compassion and understanding. I’m here to support you through the highs and lows, whether that is addressing trauma, managing everyday stressors, or celebrating the positives. I’m particularly dedicated to creating a nurturing environment for my clients, where they can feel respected, validated, and empowered to be their authentic selves. I have experience working with a variety of ages, and I am especially passionate about working with teenagers and young adults as they navigate life transitions. I have a passion for working with Individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, and those in the LGBTQ+ community. My therapeutic toolbox includes evidence-based modalities like CBT and DBT, but above all, it’s about fostering a relationship built on trust and collaboration. I would be honored to walk alongside you through your own unique journey. My approach is grounded in creating a comfortable and inviting space, similar to enjoying a relaxed chat over coffee. Your input matters, and together, we’ll find the strategies that resonate most with you!
