Jennifer Shrier
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
I specialize with emerging adults, and adults dealing with self esteem issues, adjusting to role changes, pressures and uncertainty. I would love to help.
There is a great deal of uncertainty, disappointment, and loss at this time. Sometimes situations become too difficult for us to handle on our own. Receiving support and guidance can be helpful in building self confidence and strength to handle situations that arise, and address conflicts. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, experienced in working with adults and young adults, treating a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, self esteem, relationship conflicts, pregnancy, postpartum, and divorce. Life's changes include wonderful possibilities, however, transitions can be challenging. I specialize with young women and adolescents dealing with self esteem issues, as well as emerging adults, and adults adjusting to role changes, pressures and uncertainty. I also work with new parents struggling to balance responsibilities, and manage stress. I am warm, genuine, empathetic, understanding and supportive, and I believe your own perspective of yourself and your life, is highly relevant in moving toward change. A true understanding of yourself can lead to greater happiness, and fulfillment in life and relationships. Talking to someone can help, in any situation.
