I'm a Queer, Chicanx (She/Ella/All) Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in CA, FL, ID and VT and Founder of JB Psychotherapy, Coaching and Consulting. I'm also a Clinical Certified Trauma Professional, certified EMDR professional, Certified Mindfulness Informed Professional and Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional. Furthermore, I am Wellness Coach, and Mental Performance Coach. I utilize my personal, educational, professional and athletic background and current business development skills to support those I work through psychotherapy and coaching services. I was a competitive athlete for more than 20 years and a collegiate softball player. My athletic and academic career was an integral part in my development as an overall person. I understand the benefits of movement and education on someone's overall life and now as I have developed my career as a licensed psychotherapist. I have come to understand the importance of our mind, body, soul connection. More importantly, being a collegiate athlete, queer, Chicanx and the first to graduate from college in my family, I can resonate with the stressors and challenges of the individuals I work with.
