I regularly receive feedback that I offer both support and challenge to clients and I believe this interplay supports the process of self-awareness to build a fulfilling life in community. I work from an insight-oriented, humanistic framework and believe that trust, safety, and collaboration are necessary ingredients in therapy. I work with clients in transition including sex and gender exploration, role changes, education, grief, and recovery from experiences of interpersonal violence and trauma. I have many years of experience working with other therapists and students in the health and helping professions.
