I offer a warm, collaborative space where you can explore what’s been hard and begin to heal at your own pace.

When life feels heavy—whether from anxiety, grief, burnout, or a major transition—it can be hard to know where to begin. Clients often come to me feeling emotionally overwhelmed or disconnected from the life they want to be living. Some are navigating the grief of losing a loved one—including animal companions—while others are feeling stuck in old patterns that no longer serve them. Whatever brings you in, I’ll meet you with curiosity, compassion, and care. Together, we’ll work to make sense of what you’re carrying and build skills to move forward with more clarity and stability. My approach to therapy is trauma-informed and integrative. I draw from CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based practices, and somatic strategies to help you regulate emotions, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and reconnect with your inner resilience. I tailor therapy to your needs, whether you're looking for practical tools, emotional insight, or space to process painful experiences. I’ll also begin EMDR training in summer 2025 to further expand the trauma-focused support I offer. If you’re ready to take the next step toward healing, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
