Support for relationships, trauma, grief, anxiety, and neurodivergence. Helping you heal, grow, and move forward with confidence.

Relationships, loss, trauma, and life's transitions can bring deep pain, but they don't have to define you. Whether you're navigating relationship struggles, recovering from infidelity, coping with grief, or managing depression and anxiety, you don't have to do it alone. With experience in trauma-focused care and a deep understanding of neurodivergent individuals, I provide a space where you can be heard and supported. Using CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness, I help you build skills to manage emotions, process pain, and move forward. I also bring extensive grief training and personal experience with loss, offering compassionate guidance for those struggling with bereavement. My work extends to veterans, college students, individuals with autism and intellectual disabilities, and the LGBTQIA community. Therapy is about finding clarity, healing past wounds, and reclaiming your strength. Together, we'll work toward the life you deserve.
