Helping you navigate relationships, trauma, and women’s reproductive mental health with evidence-based care and a compassionate approach.

I received my Master of Social Work from Simmons College, and my goal is to give you the tools you need to overcome obstacles in your life. I specialize in couples therapy and relationship issues like conflict resolution, infidelity, dating, divorce, and intimacy concerns. I also offer support around women’s reproductive mental health, helping navigate abortion challenges, fertility issues, birth trauma, and postpartum stages. In addition to that, I treat depression, grief, trauma, and anxiety. My work is often with people who feel overlooked, including those with neurodivergent diagnoses or intellectual abilities. I believe you don’t have to manage emotions, pain, and trauma alone, and I use evidence-based methods such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness to help you find balance. My personal journey through grief and loss has deepened my understanding of how hard it can be, and I bring that compassion into our work together. I aim to create a space where you can process, heal, and build the skills needed to live a happier life. When we meet, I’ll listen with an open heart, ready to understand your story—no judgment, just support. Let’s take the next step together.
