Accepting new clients for Teletherapy! I value cultural humility, diversity, and inclusivity, and my practice is affirming of LGBTQIA communities.

Are you looking to feel freed up from anxious and self-deprecating thought patterns? Do you want to improve your relationship with yourself? Are you hoping to live a more empowered life and make room for the fullness of all that makes you, you? If any of this seems to ring true for you, welcome! It is my privilege to join individuals in the navigation of challenges and stuck points, to celebrate your wins, and lean into pride. Contact me for a free initial consultation to learn more about my practice. My practice is centered around self-compassion and empowerment, which I believe to be valuable tools to traverse concerns like trauma, invalidating interpersonal histories, anxiety, self-worth, and depression. My approach to therapy is grounded in the principles of psychodynamic, interpersonal, and feminist theories. I am experienced working with a diversity of individuals, and find particular joy working alongside clients who are entrepreneurs, educators, survivors of trauma, women in STEM, therapists, and those pursuing higher education. I offer a free initial phone call, during which my goal is for you to get a better sense of what working with me might feel like.
