Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Hello! Let's talk! I would love to chat with you by phone to better understand what you need and to make sure I am the right fit for you!
I believe that intense emotional experiences, such as: depression, anxiety, anger, and shame are often manifestations of significant or traumatic life events. I enjoy working collaboratively with my clients to first, identify root causes of their distress, and then, empower them in finding wellness and healing. I aim to personalize my approach with each client in order to help my clients cultivate the life they want to live and achieve their goals. I earned both of my degrees, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Counseling, from Arizona State University. I specializes in working with adult individuals and couples, utilizing various therapeutic approaches, such as: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), as well as Emotion Focused Individual Therapy (EFiT). Taking the step to enter counseling is not always an easy one. I feel that it is a privilege to be alongside my clients as their counseling experience unfolds. Clients will be welcomed with warmth, respect, humor, and encouragement!
