Eva Morrison
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Graduate Social Worker
I work to create a warm and judgment-free environment that promotes the growth you’re looking to achieve.
Have you experienced traumatic events in your life that leave you feeling stuck? Do you feel anxious or worry that you're just not good enough? Do you hope to find more compassion and care for yourself? I work with clients to identify where these patterns come from, and focus on building skills to bring you closer to safety and connection. I lean on mindfulness and self-compassion, exploring the connection between body and mind, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and psychoeducation. As your therapist, it’s my role to walk alongside you on your journey. My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that we are all doing the best that we can with the tools we have. Together we can build on those tools. I have extensive training in trauma, most recently in AIR Network. We will make space to explore the connection of mind and body, and I always strive to be mindful of power and privilege in my work. I build connection with clients by creating a foundation of compassion, vulnerability, and commitment to sit with you through all that is difficult, ugly, raw, or scary. I specialize in trauma, sexual violence, history of childhood abuse, anxiety, depression, and pregnancy/postpartum difficulties.

Adaptive Internal Relational Network Model
AIR Network Training Institute
An integrative theory of psychology as it pertains to both normal development and the impact of complex trauma on individuals throughout the lifespan. This theory underlies the practice of the AIR Network model for working with Complex PTSD and Dissociation, with interconnected considerations of neurology, development, dignity and competence, resilience, vulnerability, and intersectionality.
