I am here to help you learn to love yourself, to have patience, and to look at problems from a different and positive perspective so that you can find new ways to resolve them. Maybe something happened in life that has affected you and despite your efforts, it has been hard to cope with, leading to stress, hopelessness, anxiety, or depression. Problems can arise in our physical health, relationships, and work. I am interested in grasping your whole world, inner and outer, and how they interact. I am dedicated and focused on helping you feel empowered while guiding you on a positive path toward growth and well-being.
