I can help you navigate issues related to anxiety, depression, bipolar, trauma, stress, life transitions, self-esteem/empowerment, school issues, ADHD, gender dysphoria, among other needs. I use a variety of therapy modalities to fit your needs and aid in your success. I have 8 years experience working with ages 3-65 and offer both in person and telehealth. LGBTQ affirming
