I truly care about what my clients are facing. It's my goal to partner with them while they navigate uncertainty. I will talk back and help guide you!

Emily is the founder of Flourish Together Therapy and is licensed to provide therapy in Arizona, Florida, and Pennsylvania. She offers in-person therapy in Phoenix, AZ, and teletherapy in all three states. She also provides supervision for Arizona associate clinicians. Emily specializes in working with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), bipolar disorder I & II, relationship challenges, and trauma. She has extensive experience helping individuals who tend to intellectualize their emotions, offering an approach that meets their curiosity with depth and insight. She is also passionate about supporting those navigating chronic illnesses, particularly autoimmune conditions, POTS, MCAS, and EDS. Trained in EMDR and Somatic Experiencing, Emily integrates these modalities to support reprocessing and healing. In her work with couples, she utilizes Gottman Method Levels I & II. She takes a collaborative approach to therapy, engaging actively in sessions to provide tools for insight and meaningful change. Her therapeutic style draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Humanistic Therapy, Jungian Psychotherapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
