Well, hello there! So, a couple things to know about me. I have been in the mental health field for over 7 years in Florida and Massachusetts. I would describe my therapy style as warm, non-judgmental with a dash of humor. There are very few things that will surprise me, which means feel free to be the real, pajama wearing, haven’t showered this week, I have NO CLUE what I’m doing with my life you. Everyone comes to therapy looking for something different — to make changes, gain new skills, vent, or have someone that isn’t your family to talk to. Good news, I will be all of those things. My background is in art therapy, which means I bring a creative and unique spin to my sessions. Don’t worry, I won’t make you draw if you don’t want to, but sometimes it’s good to not talk. My specialties include: depression, trauma work, attachment, adoption, family conflict, identity, anxiety, sex positive approaches, LGBTQIA+ community, and helping you sort through the hard shit.
