I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My specialty is working with adolescents and adults dealing with issues related to eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. I teach my clients how to manage the various obstacles, both big and small, that can arise in their life. I believe that self-care is extremely important for both clients and health care providers. Self-care activities that I enjoy are reading, hiking, and spending time with loved ones.
