This journey is your own so let's make exactly how it feels best to you in a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment.

I am a mom first to two beautiful children, a wife, a sibling, a friend, a daughter, an artist and psychotherapist. I live and work in Santa Cruz, California and am so happy to be here. I feel strongly that who I am is not dictated by the work I do but all the pieces from different facets of my life that come together to make me me. My goal on this journey with you is to show up, be present and meet you right where you are, and provide a space that feels safe, respectful, and nurturing of transformation. My method of practice is eclectic however rooted in trauma-informed care. I believe strongly in coming from a mind-body perspective and include both cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness work, dialectical behavioral approaches, strength-based work, and a somatic approach to healing. It is my goal to create a safe space where you can tap into your true self and walk your journey right where you are in the healing process. Here are my areas of expertise: Depression, anxiety, mood disorders, PTSD, family issues, relationship struggles, life transitions, maternal mental health.
