(He/Him/His)
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
I help students and young professionals break free from self-doubt, burnout, and relationship struggles so they can feel confident and in control again.
Hi, I’m Dylan. If you’re a college student feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure of who you are or where you're headed—you’re not alone. Maybe you're juggling academic pressure, relationship drama, family expectations, or just trying to figure out your place in the world. College is supposed to be “the best time of your life,” but it can also be one of the most confusing and isolating. In my practice, I help students like you unpack what’s really going on beneath the surface—whether it’s anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, burnout, or lingering pain from your family dynamics. Maybe you’ve always been the one others depend on. Maybe you’ve learned to keep your emotions hidden, to overachieve your way through the pain. But deep down, you’re exhausted and craving something real: a space to be yourself, process your past, and figure out what you actually want. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and non-judgmental. I meet you exactly where you are, and we work together at your pace. Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about helping you understand yourself more deeply, build better relationships, and create a life that feels authentic and meaningful.
