I welcome and affirm every person, every identity, with no judgement. I work with my clients to help them process and manage the different challenges of life they face in a safe environment. My client's and I focus on narrative retelling, cognitive restructuring, self validation, grief, ambiguous grief, disenfranchised grief, practical actions, and finding hope when hope can seem impossible. Life can be very hard, but you don't have to do it alone.
