I am trained in and use a variety of techniques including CBT, mindfulness, visualization/active imagination, dream interpretation to foster wholeness.

I have over 20 years of experience working with individuals and groups on a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, identity development. I refer to myself as a generalist because I am able to work with a variety of presenting concerns. I particularly love exploring self -identity and making meaning out of experience and finding ways of using internal processes like active imagination and dream interpretation to understand ourselves better and to grow intuitively, emotionally and even spiritually. I approach healing through a holistic lens and appreciate the role of adjunctive healing approaches as adjuncts to therapy and western allopathic medicine. I have worked at a college counseling center in the past and have enjoyed working with students exploring their passion, blocks to well being, as well as their emerging and maturing selves.
