I approach therapy with a collaborative and supportive mindset, dedicated to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all clients to explore their struggles. Life can be challenging, and I’m here to help you navigate those difficulties, often with a touch of humor to lighten the journey. Since becoming a therapist in 2018, I have worked with a diverse range of disorders, focusing primarily on anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief and loss, trauma, self-esteem issues, and general life stressors. While I have a solid foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy, I prefer an eclectic approach, customizing treatment to meet the unique needs of each individual. When I’m not in the therapy room, I enjoy running, biking, watching movies, baking, and spending quality time with my loved ones.
