I opened my private practice on January 4th, 2021 hoping to help people of all ages to understand their mental health and the impacts it can have on their lives. Navigating through the various crossroads life brings is challenging in the best of times and when people are facing unforeseen changes, they sometimes need emotional support from a professional to better understand their concerns with: depression, addictions, panic disorders, trauma, marriage and family and anxiety. I currently utilize Psychoeducation, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) to help clients process old behaviors and learn new skills. Clients need a safe place to unpack their fears, dreams and hopes and it is my hope to provide them with a place they feel comfortable and safe to heal, grow and learn how to move forward.
