My approach to therapy is person-centered, collaborative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed; aiming to empower individuals to meet therapeutic goals.

Welcome! It is brave of you to be here and seeking out support. I look to provide a warm and supportive space to help you in finding health and healing with alignment toward your values and life goals. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Parts Work and have worked with a wide variety of individuals from varying backgrounds; finding a particular interest in working with those who have experienced or are struggling with complex trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, hoarding, and issues that impact the LGBTQ+ community. Outside of therapy I enjoy time outdoors by hiking and camping, photography, working out, and spending time with my three cats: Declan, Maple, and Otis!
