Her focus is helping individuals achieve a reduction in symptoms they may be struggling with and an improved mood and state of well-being. Chloe practices from an integrative treatment approach which includes components of cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic therapies. She enjoys working with clients with a range of presenting concerns including general life stressors, anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues (peer, spousal, dating, breakups), self-esteem, perfectionism, student and athlete concerns. She has worked in a variety of treatment settings including university, boarding and private school, private practice, hospital and treatment center, addressing issues including anxiety, depression, eating disorders and substance use concerns with children, adolescents, adults and families. Outside of her clinical practice, Chloe enjoys yoga, hiking and playing golf. Chloe practices her own self-care by cozying up on her couch and enjoying a cup of coffee with a good book. Credentials: Chloe received her Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD and completed her undergraduate degree in Hawai’i where she majored in Psychology and minored in Social Sciences.
