Welcome! I believe therapy should feel like a safe and welcoming space where you can be fully yourself.

Welcome! I believe therapy should feel like a safe and welcoming space where you can be fully yourself. I am passionate about helping teens and adults feel heard, supported, and empowered as they navigate life's challenges. Whether you're working through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship struggles, or self-esteem issues, I aim to create a space where you can strengthen your connection to yourself and others. I also specialize in supporting LGBTQ+ individuals in building confidence and living authentically. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, using techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness practices. I am committed to meeting each client where they are with acceptance, patience, and encouragement. I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Phoenix and have experience working in both community mental health and private practice settings.
