Hi, I'm the former UHS Eating Disorder Coordinator! I'm dedicated to college students' wellness, and specialize in Eating Disorders & Body Image concerns.
My goal as a therapist is to create a safe space for people who are looking to make changes in their lives and engage in personal growth. Together we can identify barriers that are limiting you, and build a life that aligns with your values. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with disordered eating and body image concerns, and have experience treating anxiety, depression, managing relationships, life transitions, and general life stressors. I am passionate about working with women of color and enjoy working individuals from all backgrounds. I primarily work with adults, college students, and recent graduates.
