(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
It's okay to be a mess sometimes
My name is Cecilia and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. There are times when we feel overwhelmed, trapped, and life feels out of control. I want you to know that you are not alone. It's okay to feel anxiety, loneliness, sadness or worry at times. Maybe you just feel invisible, not valued, or feel the pressure of trying to please everyone at work and at home. You may be going through a life transition such as a new job, moving, new relationship, uncertain about the future, or maybe you are having difficulties in your current relationship. Life can get messy and I get it. I want to help you untangle those messy moments to be able to bounce back from the chaos and change the way that you cope. I provide a safe, supportive, non-judgmental environment to help you navigate through internal conflict and daily problems. I approach treatment from a Trauma-Informed, Cognitive Behavioral, Culturally Competent, and problem-solving perspective, providing guidance and offering tools to help you along the way. We will tailor to your specific situation. I am a bilingual first-generation therapist. I have been through my own adversities so understand what it feels like to need support.
