Psychologist
I have my doctorate in clinical psychology. I offer individual therapy and psychological evaluations (ADHD, autism, general) for young adults.
I believe life takes a toll on all of us and everyone could use some healing and TLC. Just as we work with a physician to heal our bodies, my job as a psychologist is to help you find health and healing for your heart and mind. I strive to provide a safe, warm, and non-judgmental atmosphere where people of diverse identities can feel empowered to pursue mental and emotional wellbeing. I received my Psy.D. and MS in clinical psychology from Florida Institute of Technology and completed my clinical internship at NC State University Counseling Center working with undergrad and graduate students. My therapeutic interests and strengths lead me to be most interested in working with young adults/adults struggling with the impacts of stress, anxiety, depression, childhood family dysfunction, various relationship difficulties, experiences of trauma and abuse, self-esteem issues, spirituality, and complex internal conflict. In addition to individual therapy, I offer psychological testing services for young adults/adults, spanning from broad psychological evaluations to more specific ADHD and autism evaluations. While I am originally from the east coast of Florida, I moved to Raleigh in 2020 and just couldn’t leave! I am a movie buff, bookworm, foodie, traveler, and outdoor adventurer. I value faith, family, and friends above all else and enjoy spending time with my loved ones and church community. I look forward to joining you in your pursuit of psychological health and wellbeing.
