With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, including working in crisis situations alongside local police and fire departments, I’ve supported people navigating some of life’s most difficult moments. I work with teens, adults, older adults (65+), couples, and families who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, loss, or suicidal thoughts. My approach is warm and understanding, focusing on helping you uncover your strengths and find clarity in your path forward. Together, we will work to resolve the issues that are holding you back so you can become the person you want and deserve to be.
