I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ individuals, members of academic communities (students, faculty, and staff), people struggling with anxiety stemming from performance or social concerns, those who are grieving losses or managing difficult life transitions, and individuals who are suffering from depression. While I draw from different modalities as needed, I approach therapy primarily through a psychodynamic lens. Using this orientation means that I can work to help you find ways through your current difficulties, while also exploring the broader contexts that inform those struggles and your long-term healing.
