Caitlin Siekerka
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
My passion for helping others is evident through empathy, warmth, and a deep commitment to supporting you in overcoming life’s stressors and roadblocks.
Challenges in life come in many forms: depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, bipolar disorder, grief, trauma, life transitions, and substance use. If I can help you find relief and build resilience in any of these areas, I want you to know that I am here. Together, we can learn healthy ways of managing, growing, and moving forward with more freedom and visible options in life. I am an ally to every LGBTQ+ individual, and as an affirming therapist, I am proud to offer a safe and sacred space for exploring feelings and gaining self-insight, ensuring ongoing support when needed. I know that therapy is not one-size-fits-all, which is why I incorporate varied therapeutic styles and tools into my practice, tailoring them to meet individual needs. Evidence-based models I use include CBT, DBT, and mindfulness. I always adapt our sessions to what is currently needed, ensuring that you have a safe and supportive space to work on your goals. I hold a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in addictions from Rosemont College. I stay updated on the latest therapy books and articles, continually growing and learning to better support you.
