My passion for helping others shines through my empathy, compassion, and unwavering dedication to supporting you in overcoming life’s challenges.

Life’s challenges can make it hard to see a clear path forward. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or ready for something to change, I’m here to help you reconnect with your strengths, develop effective tools, and experience real relief. Together, we’ll work toward creating more clarity, stability, and direction in your life. I create a nonjudgmental space that’s warm, structured, and collaborative. I’m LGBTQ+ affirming and committed to making every client feel safe, seen, and supported. You won’t just vent here. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of what’s happening inside you and around you. You’ll walk away with: Coping strategies that actually work when things feel unmanageable; Practical tools to manage anxiety, regulate emotions, and shift negative self-talk; A clearer sense of identity, purpose, and self-trust; Relief from old patterns that no longer serve you; A felt sense of empowerment to make healthier decisions in your relationships, work, and daily life. Whether we’re unpacking core beliefs or practicing new behaviors, our work will be active, supportive, and aligned with your personal vision for growth.
