Beginning therapy is a courageous step in the healing process. Please call me for a consultation to discuss if my approach is a good fit for your needs.

I practice counseling from a relational depth perspective. This means focusing on the relationship I build with clients as a cornerstone of treatment and working with the unconscious, which is the root of most distress. I help clients work through symptoms which are causing conflict in their lives, keeping them from achieving their goals, and preventing them from feeling a sense of overall well-being. I work with a diverse population of adults experiencing various concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, relational and adjustment challenges, grief/loss, family problems, and addiction. I work grounded in a psychodynamic perspective but incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques including DBT, CBT, mindfulness, and attachment-based approaches. I am deeply inspired by the change and growth that can take place through psychotherapy. I invite you to contact me for a 20 minute phone consultation to discuss if my approach feels like a good fit for your needs Cait Price is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia with 10 years of experience.
