I work with clients who struggle with trauma, emotional regulation grief, and/or addiction. I also have a history of working well with LGBTQ folks. My main focus is building a solid connection with my client so it feels safe to share their thoughts, feelings, and/or traumas. Together we collaborate on solutions when the right time comes, so they have a life they want to participate in. I also offer EMDR, and statistically this type of therapy is well known give great results and outcomes.
