I welcome all who are weary; the LGBTQ+ community, kink and sex, ENM, those struggling with religious trauma/seeking further spiritual exploration, etc.

Therapy can feel intimidating and vulnerable, and choosing to face mental health challenges is hard. I aim to make it easier. I take your lead and go at your pace as we explore unknown territory. I listen without judgment. I don’t tell you what to do — instead, I help you develop a plan that feels authentic and sustainable for you. Think of me as a sounding board for your pain, a guide for your growth, and a partner in helping your mind find rest and clarity. I work with a wide range of clients and experiences, including LGBTQ+ identities, those navigating ethical non-monogamy (ENM) and polyamory, neurodivergent individuals (ADHD, autism), kink-affirming and sex-positive therapy, healing religious trauma, reconstructing faith, self-compassion, body positivity/HAES, teenagers, college students, and young adults. My therapeutic approach is eclectic and tailored to your needs. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Compassion-Focused, Person-Centered, Strength-Based, Expressive Arts/Poetry Therapy, Inner Child Work, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Somatic and Polyvagal Theory, Socratic Questioning, CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Feminist, Narrative, Psychodynamic, Jungian (including tarot-based archetypes), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Solution-Focused/Brief models, and more. Every session is shaped around what supports you in your growth. I currently live in Cary, NC, and love exploring everything this area has to offer. Outside of therapy, I adore my two Persian cat rescues, Cheeto and Heiner, and spend time with my life partner. I enjoy board game bars, Renaissance Faires, cat cafes, road trips to the mountains and beaches, visiting family in Memphis, hockey games (let’s go Canes!), used bookstores, poetry slams, writing everything from therapy resources to science fiction and fantasy, learning about world religions, cultures, and near-death experiences, attending comic and anime conventions, visiting zoos and animal sanctuaries, traveling internationally from Scotland to the Seychelles, and discovering boba tea and unique eateries. I stay endlessly curious — both in life and in finding the most effective, evidence-based therapy practices to support my clients.
