I welcome all who are weary; the LGBTQ+ community, the neurodivergent, those struggling with religious trauma/seeking further spiritual exploration, etc.

I’m not your mother’s therapist, to be frank. I can be if she needs one, but I enjoy living in the corners and at the fringes of what stereotypical therapy might look like. It is important to me that those who are outcasts, quirky, different, neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, and the marginalized feel heard. When we work together, I want you to feel like you matter (because you do). If you like the utilization of tarot and oracle cards, we can incorporate that. If you need resources on affirming places to practice spirituality, we can look at those. If you want to talk about kink communities and how to get involved with them, we can find them. Whatever works for you works for me, and I want to help you figure that out. I utilize the following methods: ACT (acceptance commitment therapy), solution-focused, person in environment, eclectic, narrative, motivational interviewing, strengths-based, feminist, somatic, Jungian, and psychodynamic. I strongly believe in the power of finding your outlet. As a contemporary poet, I encourage spoken word, music, writing, and all other forms of creativity as it pertains to healing.
